This blend of noble grapes displays an array of red berry aromas that are complemented by crisp melon and juicy lime notes. Gentle tannins and medium acidity lead into a lingering finish.

Wine Maker’s Note:
Our 2018 Rose is a blend of 64% Pinot Noir, 28% Riesling and 8% Gewurztraminer. Each wine was fermented separately and blended to achieve the desired aromatic profile, flavour and mouthfeel. The Pinot Noir was macerated for 6 hours prior to pressing and fermentation under cool conditions using selected yeast strains. The Riesling and Gewurztraminer were hand picked and whole cluster pressed, cold settled and fermented cool using select yeast strains. All wines were left in contact with gross lees for 3 months prior to blending. The resulting wine is dry and balanced with a rich mouthfeel and a delicate and complex aromatic and flavour profile.
