Tasting Note:
Concentrated and balanced, a luscious mouthfeel with refreshing acidity. Floral, honey, white peach, lime aromas and flavours. Long finish.

Food Pairing:

Gruyerre cheese, spicy foods.

Wine Maker’s Note:

Fermented under cool conditions in stainless steel using selected yeast strains, the fermentation was halted by cooling the fermentation, obtaining the desired balance. This low alcohol, higher residual sugar is balanced by the naturally high acidity and is my favourite expression of Riesling.
